Lisa Thrasher has been promoted to exec VP of film production and distribution at Power Up, where she will oversee the Filmgrant production program. Univision Communications has upped Sandi Stretch to VP of national sales for San Francisco, serving the Univision and Telefutura broadcast networks. She was VP, marketing and business development, Western region, for the Univision Television Group.
